New Features
Active Directory monitoring in Azure: Fryqua Data already provided Active Directory monitoring for on-premises environments. With this new feature Active Directory can now also be monitored in Azure. With our new solution, we offer complete control over your entire AD environment, both on-premises and in the cloud.
- User Interface Update: With the new professional look, intuitive buttons, and icons, you have control over your files and Active Directory. The streamlined User Interface automatically provides easier operation and faster navigation. For example, the left menu is now fixed on the left side.
Fixes and enhancements
- Rules: “Rules”can be created for individual Agents or Cloud environments as well as in “templates”. These templates allow notifications and monitoring to be enabled or disabled uniformly across various components, ensuring consistency and simplifying the management of notifications and monitoring in multiple environments. It is now possible to create a “rule” within a “template” for a specific type of component, such as Cloud. Additionally, the file location and syntax are adjusted based on the OS type, for instance, Linux.
- Active Directory on-premises: Agents can operate in a different time zone than the Fryqua server without any issues. Changing the time zone of the Windows Server where Active Directory is installed no longer generates additional notifications.
- Cloud services: When modifying groups in “SUM Cloud Services”, the correct selection of groups is now saved accurately. Changes in cloud environments are also recorded more reliably.
- Dashboard: For a quick overview, you can set up a “Dashboard”. Two default dashboards have been added (Detailed and Summary). You can also create a custom “Dashboard item” in the Super User Menu. This allows you to generate charts for specific periods, such as by day or month. A new feature is the ability to view a quarterly summary. Additionally, input field validation and error messages for incorrectly entered values have been improved.
- Access Log: In “Admin” (Super User Menu), the “Access Log” keeps track of which Fryqua users have logged in or out. Usernames are now all displayed correctly.
- New Installation: From now on, an Agent is automatically installed on the Fryqua Server with new installations.
- Navigation: The transition between certain pages has been improved.
- Text Adjustments: Texts throughout the application have been enhanced. For example, the wording in the “measured value” section of notifications has been updated.
